Brooklands Park Masterplan – working with Chris Blandford Associates, PSC were commissioned to carry out a market assessment and commercial review to inform the development of the masterplan for Brooklands Park in Worthing.

Our work included an analysis of the tourism and leisure marketplaces and the demographic profile of the residential population.
