We carried out an assessment of land adjacent to a major visitor attraction to assess potential end uses, with a focus on leisure and office uses, which could complement the attraction and generate additional earned revenue  for the attraction. The investment in additional uses would help to ‘revitalise’ the town centre and the successful re-development of the site could support and help to improve overall place making.  The effective regeneration of the site would contribute to the overall vision of improving the economic, environmental and social well-being of individuals and communities within the town.
