Arts and Events Centre Operational Review

Client: Rochford District Council
We are supporting Rubicon Regeneration who have been commissioned to carry out an operational review of the Mill Arts & Events Centre. The multi-purpose venue incorporates a bar and cafe and is located within Rayleigh and hosts a variety of bookings and activities. The venue presents a broad and popular programme with a mix of music, comedy, community productions, drama and dance, together with a number of special events. Our work will include carrying out an assessment of the current operation, a market assessment, an analysis of the competitive landscape, consultation and identifying opportunities to develop the offer and enhance revenue generation.
