American diner feasibility study – working with Planning Solutions Limited we carried out a feasibility study to introduce a 200 cover American dinner (80 internal covers and 120 external covers) as part of Springfields Adventure Land within Springfields Outlet Shopping and Leisure in Spalding. The project involved: a market assessment; reviewing options; advising on the design of the customer experience (fit out, furniture, décor and lighting); menu development and producing the supporting financial analysis.
