Our team has worked on a number of consultancy projects carrying out feasibility studies for events through to developing new and enhancing existing event strategies and testing the viability of event venues.  Events are important on a number of different levels – mega-events have to lead to transformational changes in terms of destination development, whereas at attractions or small towns a calendar of events can be used to help address issues of seasonality.
