Working with the client team PSC advised on the potential opportunity to introduce a new beach style cafe offer.

The work set out management options and how the introduction of a new catering offer would add positively to the beachside destination. The research suggested the importance of developing a menu focussed on local produce. The beach cafe feasibility study also highlighted the importance of being able to cater for social and other group functions.
