We were commissioned to prepare a business plan for an environmentally themed visitor and education centre in Somerset. Our work focused on carrying out a site assessment, market review, options appraisal and setting out future development options in respect of the concept.  We also prepared a visitor model to forecast future visitor numbers and a financial model setting out core income streams and cost centres.  We also advised on management and delivery options for the visitor and education centre
