Working at an existing marina located on the River Thames we carried out an appraisal of the development potential.  Our research included a site assessment, consultation with commercial operators and planners, a detailed market review, identifying options and making recommendations for future development potential. This helped to identify future development options linked to holiday accommodation, moorings and associated catering and other leisure amenities.
