OperationsPlanning Solutions Limited currently operates six leisure businesses including the award winning Conkers Discovery Centre in the National Forest. Developed as a Coalfield Regeneration Project to bring economic and social benefits to the local community and the wider National Forest Area, Conkers forms a central and key tourism focus, creating a foundation for further tourism accommodation developments nearby. In May 2010 they re-opened the fomer Coors Visitor Centre (formerly the Bass Museum) as the National Brewery Centre, which is a major heritage visitor experience which tells the story of brewing in the UK. They are also opening a new extreme adventure experience in Ebbw Vale in July 2010. Planning Solutions has specialist catering experience with a Harry Ramsden’s Restaurant in Brighton and catering operations at the Peckham Pulse Healthy Living Centre in Peckham, South London. They manage a vending machine business in several leisure centres. They also manage Onboard TV which provides digitial programmes on ferries and is a tourist and community information service. Planning Solutions Limited are actively looking for other visitor attractions to manage through the acquisition of businesses and operating contracts for public sector facilities.
