Clients for whom we carried out operational reviews of leisure and tourism based sites include Chichester District Council at the Novium Museum, Monmouthshire County Council at Caldicot Castle and Country Park and the Heritage Foundation, Letchworth at Standalone Farm.

Since 1999 we have been responsible for preparing and implementing the marketing strategy for CONKERS and when our sister company re-opened the Coors Visitor Centre as the National Brewery Centre we took on in-house responsibility for their marketing activities. Marketing action plans include primary research and allow organisations to identify priority target markets and how to reach them cost effectively.

Our operations team has been investing in, developing and managing cafes and restaurants for over 20 years. They currently operate over 15 catering outlets extending from refreshment kiosks to restaurants, to large scale weddings and event catering. For our clients this means that our catering consultancy advice is based upon direct operational experience, we have a Catering Director and a team of chefs we work closely with when advising on the development of catering services.
