We provided strategic business and development advice to KNCC and the property development company Ajial Real Estate and Entertainment Company. We carried out research into the leisure markets in Kuwait and provided masterplanning, feasibility studies and financial modelling for a number of development sites in Kuwait.
The largest scheme involved the re-development of a drive-in cinema site includes a new multi screen cinema complex, bowling, family entertainment, restaurants, retail and ancillary leisure. Project development value Kd 22 million.
