| Evolution Leisure Village |
|
We carried out a feasibility study to assess the viability of developing Evolution Leisure Village in Staffordshire.
The proposed Village could incorporate a number of lodges set in existing woodland with an emphasis on design that minimises the impact on the forest's flora and fauna, a central village area designed with a range of facilities including restaurants, swimming pools and landscaping, two lakes, one of which will be dedicated to leisure activities along with a network of paths and cycle lanes using existing tracks and paths where possible. The scheme could provide up to 1,600 jobs once operating.
Importantly the proposed Village is the UK's first proposed holiday destination that generates its own energy through one of four proposed wind turbines in the heart of Staffordshire. |
