Cleethorpes Resort North Masterplan – Cushman & Wakefield has been commissioned by North East Lincolnshire Council to prepare a deliverable masterplan for the northern part of the resort which includes the area from the Pier northwards along North Promenade and includes a number of key potential redevelopment opportunities.

The team includes Group Ginger Architects and Fore Consulting Transport Consultants and Planning Solutions Consulting are providing advice in respect of the tourism market place and identifying potential opportunities to enhance the tourism product. The focus is on creating a economically, socially and environmentally sustainable masterplan which will set out and provide a framework for future development initiatives.
