The Daily Telegraph has an interesting article on Wildlife Tourism in Scotland.  The article suggests that public interest in wildlife has in part been spurned on by television programmes such as Springwatch and Coast. “More than a million trips are made to Scotland every year for the primary purpose of viewing wildlife.”  Source: Daily Telegraph.
