Twycross Zoo, in Leicestershire, is set to open a new £7m visitor centre in February this year. The centre will look out onto the snow leopard enclosure and will include a 300 seat restaurant, retails space, function room for conferences.
The centre will also act as a Tourist Information Centre, particularly focussing on promoting the National Forest and supporting local tourism and environment.
