Visitor Centre Audience Development PlanClient: RSPB

We carried out visitor and community research to produce an Audience Development Plan for Rainham, Wellington and Aveley Marshes RSPB Nature Reserve for a Heritage Lottery Grant Application. This represented one the RSPB’s first urban nature reserves. The study included an analysis of current audiences, analysis of the barriers to participation, research with a range of audiences, setting objectives for audience development with priority audiences and measurable targets and developing an action plan.  Rainham Marshes generates over 40,000 visits per annum.
